1. power and authority
We all need others in order to get somewhere. To avoid chaos, humans have always organized themselves into hierarchies - the top guy ruled over the crowd below. The key for the ruler most of the time was coercion, manipulation and disrespect.
With the world changing, traditional hierarchies are falling apart. Instead, new ways of influencing others based on mutual respect have come to life.
2. the art of relationships
Relationships are our life. In a way they are the happiness. But psychologists say that getting along with others is one of the hardest skills we humans need to acquire. It is for the most part a matter of understanding human nature - our similarities as well as differences. How to form and develop trust, partnerships, and friendships is the question of this category.
3. my way
We are all born with quite an array of “gifts”. But with our inborn gifts comes no manual. So, according to a common template, soon after birth we get shaped into nice and obedient members of human society. We forget what we have. We’re not sure who we are. How to live “my way” is what I try to ask here.

According to Gallup only about 20% people are excited about what they are doing. Taking into account that we spent 1/3 of life working, this is a major waste. How to make work the best part of our life is the key question here.
5. the art of communication
We spend about ¾ of our waking hours communicating with others. Out of writing, reading, talking, and listening we were taught only how to write and how to read. Talking clearly and especially listening is often quite a hassle. There was not much time to focus on those two at school, so let us deal with them here.
6. dolce vita
La dolce vita – the good life… that is what we are aiming for, isn’t it? The bottom-line in anything we do is that we want to be happy. How to slow down, not rush through life, enjoy it, and feel happy and productive?
7. Books and movies
As the name suggests. I put down anything that opened my eyes.
